Mao Thai Kitchen was established in 2018 by Mao and his Australian wife, Vicki who is also a vegan.
Mao Thai Kitchen is run by head chef, Mao who works alongside his grandma, Au. Both Mao and Au are well known by local divers as they formerly worked as the chefs on the South Siam Divers boats. Originating from the province of Nakhon Si Thammarat, both Mao and his grandma also worked in Mao's uncle's restaurant, cooking for Thai as well as western tastes.
Mao uses the freshest ingredients and grows as much as he can right here at the restaurant.
Mao offers a delivery, as well as a catering service; catering for some of Phuket's busiest diving boats.
Mao Thai Kitchen offers a range of Thai dishes but also caters for vegans and vegetarians.
